QEV · About
A research system that publishes only what survives.
QEV is an investment research system for structured market intelligence, valuation, and decision support. It runs paper-first, and it treats verification as a product, not a feature.
QEV began as an internal discipline: classify an asset before valuing it, freeze a hypothesis before testing it, and keep the evidence attached to every conclusion. The system grew around one refusal — no claim enters the record without a source, a method, and a review.
Most research systems optimize for finding winners. QEV was built to survive being wrong: negative results stay published, contradictory evidence stays visible, and every number traces to a frozen snapshot and a code version.
That discipline became a product. The Strategy Auditor is QEV's first public offering: independent examination for claims that already exist — from papers, repositories, courses, TradingView rule sets, or your own notebook.
The letters stand for Quantitative Edge Valuation. We mostly let them stand alone.
Related direction, different promise: strategy-generation platforms turn an idea into a strategy. QEV takes a claim that exists and tests it. Verification first — that is the whole position.
The wider system stays internal
Research lab
Hypotheses frozen, tested by deterministic code, challenged by independent reviewers.
Evidence store
Sources, snapshots, and provenance records attach to every material claim.
Comparison surfaces
Assets classified before valued, compared against direct, economic, and historical peers.
Decision records
Theses carry invalidation conditions and postmortems. Memory outlives opinion.
PAPER ONLY. NO LIVE ORDERS, NO BROKER AUTHORITY, NO SIGNAL SELLING, NO PERFORMANCE PROMISES — BY DESIGN, NOT BY OMISSION.
